In 2017, we launched a research study that concluded that regardless of strategic direction, bureaucracy, lack of agility, and accepting poor performance were commonplace in all company sizes and sectors.
Since then, we've witnessed significant change across workplace culture, influenced by the rise of hybrid working, rapid developments in technology, and a turbulent economy. Because of this, we felt it was the ideal time to refresh the research to understand how the cultural landscape has changed, and what still requires focus.
Looking to 2030, this report highlights areas of improvement over the past eight years and identifies rising concerns that require attention.
Key findings include:
The majority of businesses are looking for strategic growth
Respondents applied greater scrutiny to employee/workplace performance
Employee burnout is on the rise and is viewed as a key blocker to success
More businesses are adding culture as a specific item to their HR agenda
