Introducing Katie Roberts

We are thrilled to announce our newest team member at Culture Impact, Katie Roberts, who has joined the company to manage our content strategy and creation. As Content Marketing Specialist, she will oversee content across all areas of the organisation – from business development to operations – and brings a wealth of knowledge to help us tell the story of why culture is integral to delivering a successful strategy and the impact it can have on an organisation and its employees.


With over eight years of experience in both content and marketing fields, Katie has worked in-house and as part of an agency to drive the strategy and delivery of content and campaigns across the consulting, professional services, tech, and real estate sectors.


She brings a creative yet strategic mindset and a passion for honest, jargon-free storytelling, developed throughout her career writing for various content formats, including web pages, UX journeys, social media, and email content.


Styled with an attitude to question the norm and deliver impact, Katie fits perfectly into our mission and values, and we are pleased to have her on board.
